2019-20 Jazz Band AuditionsClick here to view audition material and sign up for audition for the 2019-20 Jazz Band. Auditions will take place Tuesday, July 30th with callbacks taking place on Wednesday July 31st. Only students who have signed up will be able to audition.
Interested in Joining Band?If you are interested in joining band, check out our Future Students page. We would love to see you in the band room next year learning to play a new instrument. You do not have to have prior experience playing an instrument or reading music, we will work through everything together. Already know that you want to take band and learn to play an instrument, click here and tell Mr. Capps. Check out the band calendar for concert dates, and come see what it is like to be a part of the band at Holly Grove Middle.
HGMS Band Handbook 2018-19Click here to read the 2018-19 Band Handbook. Be sure to complete the acknowledgment and the Student/Parent information at the end. These should be submitted by July 16 (tracks 1, 2, 3) and August 6 (track 4).
